1 pack of Arley’s Beef pieces
2 White English/Breakfast Muffins
1 tsp soy sauce
4 asparagus spears
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
Crispy onions (as many as you like!)

1. First slice your buns in half, spreading the bottoms generously with hoisin sauce. Leave to one side.

2. Next bring a frying pan to a medium-high heat, then drizzle a little oil in the pan. Add the Arley’s Beef, regularly turning the pieces so they are browned on both sides. This should take around 8 minutes - around half way through the cooking time add your soy sauce to the pan, allowing to marinade and sizzle away.

3. Remove the beef and, in the same pan, fry your asparagus spears, turning regularly till soft and slightly charred, around 4 minutes.

4. Begin to load up your buns, firstly with beef, then with the asparagus ‘fangs’ and lastly with your crispy onions, allowing some to spill out of the bun.
