Delivery Terms & Conditions

Delivery costs. All products are shipped Express Delivery which costs £4.95 or for FREE for orders over £50.

How we will deliver your order. Products will be delivered via our delivery partner and because of limitations on their ability to deliver on a next-day basis, some postcodes in the UK, are excluded. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and our stock availability. We will provide an estimated delivery date when you place your order.

We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control, then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event.

We are unable to change the location of the delivery or arrange a re-delivery once in transit. It is your responsibility to be at home to receive the delivery, or pick-up the parcel as soon as possible, so that the products stay in good condition. We cannot be held accountable for the quality of our products if they have been left in a specified safe place or left at your address.

Missing or damaged deliveries. You must report missing, undelivered or damaged deliveries as soon as possible by emailing us at weborders@arleyfoods.com or by contacting us through the Site via the submission of an online form.

Storing the products. You must store these products as specified on the packaging. We accept no liability for the management of the product after the delivery has been made to the address given by you. If you are ever unhappy with the quality of the product, you must notify us on the day of delivery by emailing weborders@arleyfoods.com or by contacting us through the Site via the submission of an online form.

Life of the products. All of our products are perishable and once delivered you must take all steps necessary to ensure that the products are stored according to our recommendations.
