REFUND POLICY

Arley’s Refund Policy
At Arley’s, we take great pride in the quality of our products and the service we provide to our customers. Our goods are frozen and are shipped in temperature-controlled packaging to ensure they remain in optimal condition during transit. We also work with trusted external delivery partners to fulfil and deliver our orders safely and efficiently.

While we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered, we recognise that on rare occasions issues may arise during transit or delivery that result in products arriving in a condition that does not meet our usual standards.

Refunds and Replacements
If your order arrives in a condition that you believe to be unsatisfactory, we are committed to resolving the matter fairly and promptly. Depending on the circumstances, we will either issue a full or partial refund, or provide a replacement product. Each case is reviewed individually, taking into account the nature of the issue, handling during transit, and the condition of the goods upon arrival.

How to Request Assistance
If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact our customer care team as soon as possible after receipt of your order by emailing tasty@arleyfoods.com. To help us investigate your request efficiently, please include your full name and order number, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting photographic evidence showing the condition of the goods upon arrival.
Our team will review your enquiry and respond within a reasonable timeframe. We aim to handle all requests promptly and keep you informed throughout the process.

Exclusions
Refunds or replacements will not be provided where issues arise due to personal preference or change of mind, improper storage or handling of the goods after delivery, or delays or issues caused after successful delivery by the external courier where the product was received in acceptable condition.
