COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Oven: Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of a preheated oven (Electric 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6) for 7 minutes.
Air Fryer: Place in the middle of the basket and insert into a preheated air fryer (180°C) for 7 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Shallow Fry: Add to a lightly oiled frying pan and fry on a medium-high heat for 8 minutes. Turning occasionally.

Storage: KEEP FROZEN -18°C.
