COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Microwave: Scramble: Place in a bowl. Cover with cling film. Cook for 1 minute 30 seconds, remove and break up with a fork. Cook for 1 more minute.
Rest for 30 seconds and serve. Egg Patty: Place in a bowl. Cover with cling film. Cook for 3 minutes and leave to rest for 30 seconds and serve.
Merrychef: For Scramble or Egg Patty: 275c, 100% microwave, Fan speed 10. Cook on a tray for 45 seconds. Serve whole as a Patty or break up for Scramble.
